Clubhouse
Use of Clubhouse and Kitchen
The clubhouse facility is meant to be used and enjoyed by all Valencia Hills
Homeowners. Access to the facility is allowed for homeowners enjoying a day
or evening at the pool who may wish to use the refrigerator or stove. Please
keep our beautiful building and appliances in good condition by following the
rules listed below.
1. Access to the facility is not allowed the day of or during a private party.
2. Inside bathrooms are for private party use only.
3. No food -- perishable or otherwise -- to be left in refrigerator. Please
remove it when you leave. It will be discarded.
4. Use of refrigerator is limited to items too heavy or large for a cooler.
Please use a cooler for items frequently accessed (sodas, etc.)
5. Children are not allowed in the facility unattended. No wet bathing suits!
6. Please do not use supplies (plastic goods, paper goods, etc.) which may
belong to the Swim Team or a homeowner hosting an upcoming party.
7. Damage or appliance malfunctions must be reported to the manager
immediately.
8. Barbecues are to be cleaned after each use.
9. Cleaning supplies are available. Please use them!
POOL USE AND POOL PARTY PLANNING
Please be considerate of your neighbors when using the pool, pool deck,
barbecues, and tables...their use is on a first-come, first-serve basis and are
available for ALL to enjoy. Additionally, you are responsible for all clean up...
please make sure tabletops are cleaned and all trash has been properly
disposed of. (It is not the lifeguard’s responsibility to pick up after you or your
children). If you plan to use the barbecues and need to store some items in the
refrigerator, please make sure you remove the items from the refrigerator when
you leave. (Saturday's leftovers don't look very appetizing on Monday morning!!)
If you're planning a get-together at the pool, please call the Manager (259-8400)
with the date and time. She will check to make sure there are no other events
scheduled and that the pool will be adequately staffed. Please keep in mind that
you must limit the number in your party to a total of twenty or fewer during peak
season weekends.

Valencia Hills Homeowners Association Clubhouse Rental Rates Winter Clubhouse Rental Rates (October – Weekend prior to Memorial Day) and Monday through Thursday during the summer: Number of guests Rental Rate 1 – 50 $100.00 51 – 100 $175.00 Over 100 (requires Board approval) $300.00 $250.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit Summer Clubhouse Rental (Weekend prior to Memorial Day – Sept. 30) Saturday Only regardless of number of guests: (over 100 requires Board approval) Saturday Clubhouse Only $400.00 Saturday Clubhouse & Pool $500.00 $250.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit Clubhouse rental includes exclusive use of recreation room, enclosed front patio, indoor restrooms, and kitchen. Clubhouse rental with use of the pool does not include exclusive use of pool, pool area and BBQ’s. The Clubhouse is not available for rental on Friday and Sunday during the summer months. Depending upon the type, time, and number of guests attending the event the Association may require a security guard. The hourly rate is $35.00 per hour, and there is a 4-hour minimum. The Manager will make the arrangements for the guard. The general rule for using the clubhouse is to leave it as you have received it. You are responsible for all set-up and clean-up. Failure to leave the facility clean and in a useable condition for the next homeowner’s use of the facility could result in a monetary loss of a portion or even all of your security deposit. |
